深圳大学建筑设计研究院成立于1984年，是建设部批准的全国综合甲级设计单位，也是1999年建设部首批更换资质证书的综合甲级单位。主要从事城镇规划、居住区规划设计、建筑工程设计、室内外装修设计和园林设计，涉及建设前期咨询、规划研究、社区评价等研究课题，完成的项目遍布全国数十个大中城市。
我院现在各类专业技术及管理人员140人，国家一级注册建筑师35人，一级注册结构工程师12人；教授级高工12人，高级工程师55人，工程师28人；博士后、博士、硕士、研究生42人，从美、日、加、澳、英、比等国访问和留学归来的设计人员达10多人，曾短期赴美合作设计的设计人员20余人，并与多个国际著名建筑事务所有经常性合作。我院拥有先进的计算机设备及丰富的各类中外文建筑图书资料，在同行业中具有领先地位。建院20年来，共获国家、部、省、市各级优秀设计和科技奖80项；95年被深圳市评为“勘察设计单位综合实力50强”第三名，2000年通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证，获得深圳市质量认证中心颁发的“质量体系认证证书”；2002年被深圳市企业评价协会评为中国深圳行业十强企业。
深圳大学建筑设计研究院自成立之日起，即与深圳大学建筑系、规划系紧密结合，走出一条生产、教学、科研三结合的道路。至今本院超过百人次出国专业考察和参加国际学术会议，承担了国家、省、部级科研课题40多项，担任了市政府等多项大型工程的顾问工作，并与许多著名房地产开发商有全方位的合作关系。
SUIADR was established in Shenzhen, China in 1984. It was qualified a Class A Certification in architectural and engineering design by the Ministry of Construction of the P. R. China. The main practice of SUIADR includes urban planning, urban design, landscape design, architectural and engineering design.
SUIADR has a staff of 140, in which the majority is various professional designers and managers. It possesses advanced computerized facilities and abundant reference books and magazines. During the past 20 years, SUIADR gained 80 awards for excellent designs and research, granted by the Ministry of Construction, Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City. It also has involved in more than 40 various research projects, and service in many large public projects as a consultancy.
Cooperating with the Department of Architecture and the Department of Urban Planning of Shenzhen University, SUIADR has been integrating designing, teaching and research practice closely since its foundation. Also, it has experience to cooperate with renowned design firms such as SOM, ARQ, and WATG. As a result, SUIADR offers a creativity, responsiveness and qualified service, and demonstrates a depth of resources and commitment to excellence. |
